No Comment SCENE OPENS on Mark Zanderson, a wellknown politician. He is talking on the phone about an upcoming election, which he is confident that he will win. He hangs up the phone and almost immediately receives a text. He grows very worried as he looks at the text, swearing aloud. CUT TO TITLE Mark is frantically pacing around the room when his wife Evelyn Evelyn Claire comes home. Mark is very uneasy as he chats with her. Theres obviously something troubling him. Finally, he takes a deep breath and confesses to Evelyn that he cheated on her. Evelyn grits her teeth with anger. She asks Mark if ANYONE knows about this. He admits that Codey Codey Steele, a reporter, contacted him, telling him that he knows what happened. Marks indiscretion will be splashed all over the front page of every newspaper in the country soon. Evelyn grows determined, saying that SHELL take care of it. Theres no WAY shes going to let Marks infidelity cost them the election. Shell go see Codey and convince him not to run with the story, using ALL the persuasion techniques she has in her repert
