Payday, Eviction Time, Bitches! Ah, investments... How many passions they stir up! Ive always preferred shortterm investments in, out and away I go. But sometimes you have to make longterm commitments. I was offered to buy one of the apartments in the downtown area. Naturally, I was not going to live there, but downtown apartments will always be profitable, you know. However, as it turned out, the two little frightened critters were not going to leave the nest. They had no money, nowhere to go. Damn it, Im not a tyrant! Im all for human relations. So my longterm investment became a shortterm investment again in, out and away I went.
