Bad Step Sister The Birthday Clown happens to be passing by when he finds poor Kyle sobbing loudly in his room. When asked whats wrong, the young man explains that his heartless stepsister Scarlet has been hogging the TV again and she wont let him watch his favourite cartoon. Optimistic about it being a simple misunderstanding, the clown asks Kyle to guide him to the teen girl, and he almost instantly regrets it once he discovers how downright rabid she is. While her petite figure and cute red hair might give off an innocent sweet vibe, Scarlet is anything but, and if the friendly old clown has any chance of taming her, hes gonna have to use his most precious tool to do so
